Service agreement
By using Grillgrate.store, you enter into a binding agreement for custom manufacturing services.
What we provide
- Custom grill grate manufacturing
- Premium drawn steel construction
- 6 mm rod thickness, 8 mm gaps
- EU-based production and shipping
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate measurements
- Complete payment as agreed
- Accept delivery at specified address
- Review specifications before confirming
Order process and requirements
Our custom orders follow a specific process to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Design and specify: use our 3D designer to create specifications. Measurements must be accurate.
- Payment: payment is required before manufacturing begins. Orders cannot be cancelled after production starts.
- Delivery: delivery within 1 week to EU addresses. Customer responsible for receiving shipment.
